This includes a switch from: Simply Unlimited plan to the Flexible plan The Flexible plan to the Simply Unlimited plan The Unlimited Plus plan to the Simply Unlimited plan. You can’t currently schedule a plan switch further out than the start of your next billing cycle. Learn how to switch your plan. Important: When you switch from the Flexible plan to one of the unlimited plans, your first bill after the switch may be higher than usual. This is because you postpay for your data for the previous month on Flexible and also prepay for your new unlimited bill at the same time.
