At its core, flexibility is about realizing that there are multiple ways to complete any job. It’s also about being able to adjust quickly to whatever circumstances present themselves. For example, employee 1 may complete a task with a specific set of steps (e.g., A then B then C then D) while employee 2 may choose to complete the task with a different set of steps (e.g., A then C then D then B).
