In this article, we will talk about how to get 1000 Facebook page likes per week, or even more. In particular, I’ll share with you how I did it. I started from zero on a very low budget, and I didn’t know much about social media marketing. Not seeing the results I was expecting, I made the mistake of giving up, leaving the page abandoned for almost five years. I had around 500 page likes on my Facebook page at the time. Which is not bad: when you reach 500 page likes on Facebook you also start to get more engagement. When you are at that point, it means you’re doing something right, and that you’re at a good point. The engagement you get can potentially bring in more followers and page likes. However, it was not enough for me. I wanted to get more page likes and fast. Two months later, I decided to give it a try again, so I updated the page and its description and started to consistently share quality content. Then I promoted the page and some posts on a low budget and tested different target audiences. It eventually worked. It made me feel particularly satisfied and motivated, considering the very basic knowledge and low budget I started with. Now I want to share with you the things that helped me find the right formula to reach 1,000 page likes per week.

Think about why you created — or are creating — a page in the first place. Do you want to drive traffic to your website? Do you want to give visibility to your business and reach more potential clients?

Whether you have a business to promote or your page is just for fun, a clear purpose is essential if you want to reach your target audience. If you have a clear page goal, you know where you have to allocate your time, energy, and money so you prevent waste. Also, a defined purpose is essential to conveying a clear message to your followers and potential audience about what your page is about.

The Help Center was of great support because I could find all the information I needed. After getting some basic knowledge through the help pages, I also followed an online course on Udemy. When it comes to promoting your posts, something I always recommend is to target your page followers’ friends. This is one of the most effective targeting techniques that I use. To do this, when creating an ad, you can choose the audience “People who like your Page and their friends.”

Once you have your first followers and are promoting your page, it’s important to consistently create and post good content. Whether you’re going to promote it or not, consistently posting is essential to keeping your public engaged and generating more page likes. If your content is good, your followers are going to not only react and comment on it, but they’ll also share it. When your content is consistently shared, your page grows and so does its online reputation. When you have a tribe of followers interacting with and sharing your content, your organic reach will exponentially increase — that is, more people will see your page and posts without paid distribution. Remember: The more you create and post good share-worthy content, the more it gets shared and your page gets visibility. This is one of the ways your page following will grow.

Always engage with active followers

Another thing I always do is engage with followers who comment on or share my posts. This is a great way to encourage them to keep interacting with the page. For example, if they share a post, you can simply react to their posts, or leave a comment if you prefer.
