This shift pattern occurs on a 25-day cycle, in which teams work for a total of 15 days, with a total of 10 days off. In this rotation, teams work 5 day shifts, have 3 days off, work 5 swing shifts, have 4 days off, work 5 night shifts, and end with 3 days off. Over the course of the 25 days, crews will work all 3, 10-hour shift durations. These durations are fully customizable to what suits your organization best. The overlapping hours can be set to occur whenever is most convenient for your organization.
