As college students, one of our primary information sources is Snapchat. We can find out what is going on around campus, what friends are hanging out and much more – all from Snapchat. With Snapchat, you can send a quick photo or video, and it disappears in a certain amount of time. If you post to your story, the image or video disappears in 24 hours. Snapchat is so easy to use that even my mom has an account. However, there are times and places where Snapchat shouldn’t be used. Don’t worry. I am here (that’s me to the right) to help you figure it out. DO: Add your school on snapchat @ferrisstateu (OK. I know … shameless plug!). DO: HAVE FUN! DON’T: Go to a concert and add the WHOLE concert to your story. DON’T: Get too personal on your story. No one wants to know your secrets. People are on Snapchat for entertainment, not sadness. DON'T: Have full conversations over Snapchat. This is why texting was invented people. DON’T: Screenshot someone's photo without permission. DON’T: Send what you post on your story to people. It’s just RUDE! DO: Start snap streaks with all of your closest friends. DO: Snapchat dogs, cats, any animal you can imagine. The simple key to Snapchat is HAVE FUN. Don’t overthink your posts too much.

Well, that’s all I have for you for now.
