As such, we preferred mobile devices with fast processors, beautiful displays, and durable designs. We ranked phones higher if they featured user-friendly interfaces that required minimal learning curves. Finally, we looked at all of the additional features a modern-day smartphone can provide. We awarded bonus points to phones that had high-quality cameras. We also ranked options higher if they provided extras like IP certifications for water resistance.
