Historical most-followed accounts

Lisa and Lena were formerly the most-followed individuals on TikTok, with more than 32 million followers, before they deleted their account. This list of accounts that once were the most followed account on TikTok, excluding the official TikTok account. Before Charli D'Amelio, Loren Gray was the most-followed individual. She was surpassed by Charli D'Amelio on 25 March 2020, who had 41.4 million followers when she passed Loren Gray, who was the first TikTok user to reach 40 million followers. Charli D'Amelio was the first TikTok user to reach 100 million followers.[12] Senegalese-born social media personality, Khaby Lame took her spot on June 22, 2022. Before Loren Gray, Lisa and Lena were the most followed individuals on TikTok, with over 32.7 million followers.[13][14] They deleted their account in March 2019, citing privacy concerns and their loss of interest in the platform.[15][16][17][18] They rejoined TikTok on a new account with the same username on 7 May 2020. They now have over 13.7 million followers and 538.1 million likes.
