What sets TikTok apart from other platforms is that the content you see is truly specific to you. Through the “for you page”, users are able to gain a unique experience that is highly entertaining. Not only is it specific to you, but there is a wide variety of content, constantly keeping you entertained. Influencers have utilized the platform to grow their following and connect in a unique way. Through various song and dance trends, it gave influencers the opportunity to follow the trends while also putting their own spin on them. Creators have also utilized the platform to produce sponsored content. Influencer marketing platform Find Your Influence utilized this space in order to connect brands with social media influencers.
